Hi because the 3580 is getting good reviews for its bass i got it this morning. The bass is excellent, punchy, deep and low, but when you increase the volume really high, from a fiio e17 amp, so the bass pumps like a subwoofer, so your ear drums vibrate with the bass, the drivers start to crackle. I have experienced this crackling with the JVC FX1X aswell, sounds like the drivers can't take the bass. Is there a iem that can handle loud volume, with lots of bass that still sounds good at a high volume level, that has a high power ratting handling, within in a budget of £25/ $40?
 
If there are iem that are out of my budget, i would like to about them too.

What it really sounds like is you'll be deaf by 30. Almost all IEMs will distort at unsafe volumes. Quit while you can still hear the distortion -- it's a warning not a fault.
