It must be nice to be a sports fan in Boston. Congrats on the World Series win.
Productive youngsters from the farm system with a mix of veteran core. Solid pitching staff with a great team chemistry. BoSox definitely has the tools to be a championship contender for years to come. Honestly though, Ellsbury and Pedroia on the top of the order with Ortiz, Ramírez, and Lowell to drive them in? It's just not fair. You can't have a good farm system and have cash to spend.
Boston college is ranked 2nd in the nation, Patriots are kicking a** (nobody should miss this coming sunday's game against Colts), Celtics should be fun to watch with Garnett and Allen this coming season...
Thank god the Bruins are still as mediocre as ever. Even the perennially crappy leafs are doing better in the standings.
