Hi all,
I'm downgrading my work system and selling my Raptor. I love tubes, I love the Emmeline stuff, but I will build a new system for home.
At work, I have a Maverick Audio D1 connected via USB.
I'm looking for a low-cost, possibly closed phone to mate well with this.
I do however want to get some Grado SR80i with bowls, as open or closed isn't really a requirement. I have some AKG601 at home but my son has sort of claimed those for his own. I was looking at those closed A700 IIRC.
