Well, if you don't mind eBay  , then this amp is known to pair well with the HD650 (300 ohms) and is NIB with a best offer:

If you still need a DAC, then you can get this one brand new, just get a USB-C-female-to-A-male adapter to connect it to your motherboard:

I didn't get the Sennheisers...the pair you linked were sold...and I never got a reply from the seller. I got the beyerdynamic DT 880 Pro 250 ohm.

I think I'll pass on the Creek. Looks like it's either out of business...or discontinued with no US support.

At least you bought something decent. I have heard a DT990 250 ohm connected to my old tube amp and it sounded rather smooth life-like with a good overall amount of sound to fill out the ear cups rather nicely, so take a look at this tube amp and see if you can submit a offer and get a cheaper price (probably not less than $50):

No worries.
There are a lot of great, inexpensive dac/amps out there. Here is option for you, and it's portable so you can use it on your phone:

Price is great...but I'm trying to avoid the ones that are USB powered. This motherboard can be wonky at times.

I grew up in Spokaloo...met my wife at Expo74.

Maybe. The new ones are just too far out of my budget.
Mine is just buried somewhere in my closet, been maybe a year since I last touched, a waste for sure. What is your budget?

eh.. I don't even have the original box for mine. Only power cable and usb cable a-to-b cable. How does $70 sound?

Also I dug into my order history, this is the one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07WT7TYWY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Its the old version with ak4493 chip in it. More than enough power for your dt 880s.
Give me a day or two to think on it...price is reasonable enough.
BTW, where are you located? Profile just says USA. (just curious)

Very , dare I say, exotic.. idk about Washington but around here land like that is very expensive

Also PayPal isn't bad at all, with g&s you get quite strong buyer protections.
