My MBP (15" 2011) has a Headphone/Line Out port and a Mini Toslink port (96KHz/24bit).
 
My budget is around £50.
 
I would like Dolby pro Logic II so I can get 5.1 sound but I think that is out of my price range so I have looked at ones without it.
 
The two options I have found so far are:

• FiiO E11 Portable Headphone Amplifier (Link)
• SMSL SD-793II DIR9001 PCM1793 OPA2134 DAC Headphone Amp (Link)

 
What do you guys think about these options.
