eric, panasonic lists nothing about that message. And I know it's not just this company, since my old JVC model started doing it too. I did send them an email asking for help, and I got one of those automated responses (your email has been sent to the consumer help portion of our company, blah blah blah...), and who knows if they'll ever help me.
