It is confusing. Dealing with the business side of the company is not like dealing with Bose (largest stock owner is M.I.T.) or Sennheiser Hearing (subsidiary of Sonova). However, when I bought the AVIOT TE-Z1PNK, only 20 minutes later realized I wasn't buying the 5 driver new model, I wrote the company, tried to cancel and received an email in reply that they were already staged for pick-up to the delivery service. Small and new they may be, but no problem taking my $$ fast with no backsies.
And even here, I did not know that simultaneously to the Indiegogo campaign that AVIOT would be imminently selling a black color unit, tuned slightly differently.
To me being on Indiegogo and saying "World First 5-Driver Wireless Earbuds from Japan" made it seem that the units are only available there. And when they say:
"Concept
The project team has not yet produced a working demo for their concept. Their ability to successfully produce a prototype may be affected by product development or financial challenges"
How do you read it any other way then? False advertising at the least. And if technically true at the time of posting, then something should be said in the updates of the listing.
That's Indiegogo's problem not Aviot's I'd say. It's like a form with certain fixed answers for all products listed there, and info like "concept" were written on day one without much update afterwards. Info on Aviot's own website is clear on every front.

Noble has been making a big push to consumer audio (All their products have been priced near the big boys TWS wise) so it will probably match or be near the AirPods Pro.Can only hope these are under 1k.

Well, looks like my left earbud on my Senny MTW3's is failing -- while in the case it's losing charge pretty quick
Came to them the other morning and left was at 20%
Only 9 months old -- guess a warranty repair will be in order

This isn't a "me too" can project. The price point isn't relative to a pair of air-pods

LOL. He might have meant Airpods Max and not the APP2 but I can't speak for him. Care to give the nut jobs in here a clue as to how much we might want to reserve on our HELOCs?This isn't a "me too" can project. The price point isn't relative to a pair of air-pods

That's what I thought at first. I also don't think price translates to consumer audio, but what do I know?LOL. He might have meant Airpods Max and not the APP2 but I can't speak for him. Care to give the nut jobs in here a clue as to how much we might want to reserve on our HELOCs?

Either that or near the Focal Bathys/Mark Levinson 5909s.
