Genelec 8030, do i need a pro amp ??

Good morning.
 
I will be short at my question.I have emu 0404 pci and Genelec 8030.If i buy a pre-amp with tubes , i will see any change at sound?
And if i choose to change the sound card,which will be a good upgrade?
