Its practically none exsisant when i plug it into my soundcard. I'm not sure how I would describe it other than being hollow.. Not sure about it being unfoucused though

Defect I tell you. Just replace them. This stuff happens ALL THE TIME when dealing with headphones.

I'm returning them, they told me they would test them out for a defect. Do you think that's the best idea or should i just get a refund? because if there is 'no fault' they will charge me £15 for redelivery. I just hope its not because of my soundcard since there is slight bass when using my fault and an hi-fi amplifier ..

Just had them returned back to the store for a full test, they claim there is no fault. Now I've got to pay £16 for a redelivery psh....
