I have a set of Swans M200 computer speakers free to anyone who wants them.   I really liked these speakers but in a recent power surge during a storm they developed a hum.  I assume it's in the power supply or the internal amp.  The minimum repair price here in LA was $200 so I decided not to fix them.  If anyone wants to try and fix them or use them for parts you can pick them up from me in Los Angeles for free or pay for shipping and I'll send them to you.

I got several responses for this post which was encouraging.  I just couldn't just throw such beautiful speakers in the trash or send to electronic recycling and I didn't think anyone would be surfing the for sale forum for broken speakers.
