Strange...

I was home for lunch and FedEx came to the door to deliver five Motorola Razor cell phones from some company called Wirefly. I never ordered them and I don't know anything about them.

I called and cancelled the order and the service plan with Cingular, but it just all seems weird. Some kind of scam?

IIRC my mom got something like that as well.. we called them up and shipped it back.

If you didn't order something, it is generally considered a gift. Legally, if you do not bargain for and give consideration for a contract, there isn't one and you can't be held to it. If you use the phone, however, that could start one.

So just put the phones on eBay. They're yours, anyway.

Check your Credit Report. You might be a victim of identity theft. Albeit from a really stupid criminal that sent to the phones to the wrong place.
