For those of us with multiple headphones, which ones are you listening with now?

ZMF Auteur (Stabilised Takwin) << [same as post #14,634]: AFF6E810-CAF2-4F07-A6D7-A8AC1319F13F.jpeg [Edition of Contemporary Music: June, 1978.] The best known of the Keith Jarrett / Jan Garbarek collaborations - certainly the most ‘accessible’. Don’t be put off by that descriptor; the musicianship by all is ionospheric.
I am absolutely addicted to his solo stuff!

This time the new week starts on Sunday.

While I do enjoy my Radiance's, they just can't match an open back. Today is a return to the land of Ambrosia. Mmmmm.

Right now it is the pop music of the 70's through my Valhalla 2.

In Search Of Space (1971) by Hawkwind - Fancied a bit of space rock tonight and there are none better than the Hawklords themselves. Amazingly they are still going strong today, still led by Dave Brock who shows no sign of stopping at the age of 82. I have vivid memories of getting this album when it was first released, back when I was a 14yr old whippersnapper. The cover was unusual in that it opened from the centre, and included in the package was a booklet, The Hawkwind Log, I played that vinyl for many a long session. The DT1990's were a good choice for this album as they make the most of the strong bass presence and have the highs to convey all the wild atmospherics**.
** sounding like me … 😳 … “warning, warning … danger, danger” 🤖

@peterinvan thank you for answering my question. If only Audeze had better build quality, QC and local service partners... I'm looking for more dynamic cans than Focal Clear MG's and MM-500 caught my attention but my bad experience with LCD-1 pushes me towards other cans, I'm thinking about Focal Stellia as it would also work pretty work for time when I'm traveling. On the other hand I really like LCD-1 and I'd like to have a kind of backup and I know I would miss their sound signature (at least one of 2 pairs I have since every pair I've heard had been playing differently).
I have used LCD-2F, and LCD-XC for several years and not had any issues. The MM-500 is my current object of desire :)

As for planars in general, my Oppo PM3 and old Fostex T50RP s are still sounding fine.
