Hmm. Well let me know which you prefer out of the three. I have a feeling the Kaede is gonna take the victory even over the 334 ...

I hope so...these are the ones that I am the most tempted to get...but I will be an impartial judge

Off with his ear! lol :p.

In all seriousness I look forward to the comparisons. But I'm really interested in hearing how the Kaede compares to the Sui and what exactly are the differences between them...

They actually sound pretty decent from my Nexus 4, which I have to make due if I don't have a wifi connection around (typically I use MOG streamed from my MBA -> HRT Microstreamer).  They sound decent from my MBA headphone out as well, but a bit of hiss.  They're super sensitive and tend to have some small degree of hiss from most things.

That said the improvements from a better source are worth it... and unfortunately as pricey as it is, the 000 cable as well.

If I buy these, I won't have money for an Amp/Dac but if I get the F111, I can get an amp/dac to go with it...
Which to choose?

TG334 without dedicated amp/dac already sound great. F111 and TG334 are different beast. Sound signature of both phones are quite different but both of them already sound great straight out of the player. DAC/Amp will definitely improve their sound.

On the plane trip on Tuesday, I ran out of power on my HP-P1. I plugged the 334s into the headphone jack of the iPod Classic and thought, "I'd forgotten how good the music sounds with the 334s just straight out of the iPod" Pretty darn good.

So, would I save more money when I just get the 334 now then get an amp later???

You can also save money by buying 2nd-hand -- it will save you around $200 -- from Fujiya-Avic or e-earphone in conjunction with forwarding service like Tenso.

I bought my F111 2nd-hand from e-earphone and it saved me $100 even though it is virtually the same as brand-new goods.
