can u measure how thick is ur cable?? texture? surface? i hv sb too...the cable is abt 2 mm diameter, and the surface is like matt,nt shiny

Mine is matte too. the Left and Right together is about 3mm. each one alone is about 1.5mm

Ugh, walking along, boom - left channel cuts out. I remove my headphones, give the cable a bit of a wiggle, put them back on, left channel returns but at 50% decrease in volume. Going to give them a rest and look into warranty if it persists. Sorry for bumping this also, I just feel strongly about the fragility of so many IEMs.

Mine still works perfectly but it isn't usable anymore, some cabling is exposed so I can only use them with no motion. Mine are rev.1 though...

Do I start by contacting gd_audiobase at their website for warranty? 

 
Looks like they might be returning to normal after giving them a rest. Could it be a moisture thing? Still...
