The FA003/271MKII are not flat actually. They're both warm neutral.
 
I think you might find the KRK KNS6400/8400 more "flat."
 
What's your budget? And how critical is good isolation?

err woops it's nuetral not flat I don't like it harsh. I'll be listening in a car on long journeys or plane e.t.c. isolation must be roughly 15db plus and it'll be playing from fiio e11. Budget roughly $200-$250 I'd prefer it to be on the cheaper end though...
