I really don't want to sell them, and I'm probably going to pull them if they don't move, but I have family in debt, and need to make some hard decisions.

Fir Audio Thread - Discussion and Impressions
Great, you've made a good decision .I'll be looking forward to it, I bought one myself, and it will arrive at the beginning of next week.
Since you asked: the best tips for me are CP145 and AET07. I find AZLA too bright on top and otherwise too forwards. And personally, with my anatomy, I barely have any leakage.
The Rn6 is also my absolute favourite - as an all-rounder. I sold it the other day and somehow I regret the decision.I wish. This looks like it's going to be a short-term solution to a longer term problem. The fir is probably my favorite set.
I really need a better source. The M11 Plus LTD is not a good pairing. I feel that the e10 Customs have far more potential than what I'm hearing.

I mean $4,000 and few people can afford to buy it, so few people have it. Although I think most of the owners bought it used at a much better price.
It all depends which thread on head-fi you visit. Have you ever been to the Watercooler thread? There are dozens of people in there who own multiple iems in $4k-$8k price range, including $2k-$5k upgrade cables
Been in the game for a while now and finally made the decision to order my first set of customs. I couldn’t be happier Thank you FiR team!
Congrats, great choice!Been in the game for a while now and finally made the decision to order my first set of customs. I couldn’t be happier Thank you FiR team!
Loving my XE6 CIEM, recently been using the black atom module, with just a great seal on the fit I found this module offered a bit more air and soundstage with sacrificing the monstrous bass!Congrats, great choice!

What cable did u use?Been in the game for a while now and finally made the decision to order my first set of customs. I couldn’t be happier Thank you FiR team!
This is the stock Rn6 cable (pure silver/ copper shielded). I’m not crazy about this pair up but the photo looked nice lol. I have a PWA 1950’s arriving tomorrow that I plan to pair it with. I prefer the Xe6 with copper but it’s finding the right copper that doesn’t add to much warmth. I also really like it with CODE 23 and Beat Audio Cyclone 8W.What cable did u use?
Is it better than code 23?This is the stock Rn6 cable (pure silver/ copper shielded). I’m not crazy about this pair up but the photo looked nice lol. Is which cable better than CODE 23? Sorry, I mentioned like 4 cables in that post lol.

Yeah, that’s a negative. I much prefer Code 23. Rn6 cable adds a little too much mid bass for my taste. Do prefer the ergo though lol.
So far I have tried over ten different cables and in the end I stayed with an rn6 cable. Do you think that changing the cables causes the connectors to weaken or is there nothing to worry about?Yeah, that’s a negative. I much prefer Code 23.
