Hi guys

I got my KA1 replaced this week, didn´t update the firmware on the faulty one.

When i connected the new one to my smartphone first thing i did was check Fiio Control , it recognized it and showed that it´s running v1.21

However, if i check on Fiio USB DAC Driver app on windows, it says it´s running v1.15.

I´m confused...

We have reported this bug to the engineer. Yes, the firmware version in the FiiO Control app and FiiO Control panel is not showing the same one currently. They will try to improve in later firmware update. Sorry for the incovenience.

Yes, the firmware version in FiiO Control app is the correct one. And the engineer will fix the display in FiiO Control panel in later firmware update.

1.EQ adjustment can be supported on FiiO Control Android version after updating the firmware. Please update the FiiO Control APP to latest version first;
2.KA1 firmware update is supported in Windows computer with Win10 or above system.
3.To avoid upgrade conflict, please unplug other non-essential USB devices when upgrading.
