I am not sure how many bass lover in here ? will it be the best to see how many people them we can decide how can we do. maybe we can mode some AM2 to AM2 bass version and sell it to people who need more bass and collect some feedback first , 
 
if the response is reasonable them we can make more for other user outside head-fi.

count me in as one who is willing to pay for it in advance and test it, so I will pay for it and test it and give you my feedback on it

I've stood on the sidelines through most of the firmware issues, but I'm hopeful that Fiio will come back strong.

Count me in for a bass module as well. I own all the main modules and will gladly purchase a bass module.

now one really welcome to the amp modules would be an amp module with bass boost, as clearly now the bass has taken a hit in the new sound signature, so that puts also an end for people who love more low end bass as the eq in the stock app is not doing it for us bass lovers

I try and report for all the betas and will be reporting all things and suggesttions to Fiio, so that you can develop the best DAP firmware and software in the world. I also think that the Fiio X7 is the more big DAP community of users than any other DAP community of users. All together sharing our music tastes and all the things we like and dislike.
 
¿Does AM6 with the crossover headphone has more bass than other AMP's? ¿Can AM6 solve the bass problem?

Even though I already have an AM2, I'd gladly pay for a basshead version. After listening to the X7 with the new firmware, I do find myself wanting more bass. I don't know if it's from actual bass reduction or the brightness covering up the bass. Maybe it's a little bit of both.
