Ive had my X1 for a couple of months now. The first micro as I got was a scam card so I ordered another one that also doesn't read back any data. (Fool me twice...)

Anyway, the second card both doesn't work AND will not remove from the player's slot. It's stuck in the depressed position and won't shoot back up. I sent an email to Fiio who told me that they do not have support centers in the U.S. Is there someplace I can take this to have the card popped out?

I've listened to one album on the X1, and while it sounded incredible I can't help feeling a little regret about all the time and money I've put into a currently non-functional device

Edit: the card literally just popped out of the player. In case anyone sees this post and is experiencing the same problem, I moved the chip around in a circular motion with tweezers until it move up just a small bit. I was then able to pull it out with the small tab that emerged.
