Hi,

Have the M11 Pro that work quite good up to now.

I have not used it for some time and when I took it again, it did not power up. So I hooked it up to a USB-C cable. Got a Blue display with an empty battery. After a second or so, that screen disappeared. Now when I plug-it in a wall charger or a computer USB out, it simply does NOTHING... and even after 30 minutes left to charge, it does not work properly
Any idea what to do to recover that thing ?

Thanks for your answer.

The M11Pro did reboot after several tries.

But it seems it is not usable anymore.

1°) As I said, the oogle Play Store does not work and I had to install it with APK Pure ;
2°) Google Play Store fails tioo update Fiio Music ;
3°) Fiio Music installed from the Fiio Applications does not work properly with DLNA : playback stops after 3 seconds ; it works if I unsintall the update ;
4°) mConnect reports "File format not supported" as soon as I play something else than 16/44 files... From the same source, mConnect can play files flawlessly if installed on another device. Those files are played correctly when using UAPP and Bubble but UAPP can't really be used because it does not allow to sort files...

So either there is a huge problem in one of the latest upgrades ; either my device has a hardware error. In both cases, I can't really use it

The Google play version FIIO Music app is not suitable for M11Pro.
You could download the M series version FIIO Music app from our forum to check again?
