My FiiO Q3 has been disconnecting/reconnecting for a while now, but it's become worse lately. I've tried to install the FiiO Control Panel but it somehow seems to make the problem worse when it's launched. I've tried testing multiple devices, multiple cables. Still, the Q3 becomes undetectable at some weird moments.

Apparently my firmware is vF.06 as you can see on the screenshot. Could I please have a link to try and install a newer one ? I'd like to test and see whether it resolves this issue. Thank you !

You don't need to update the firmware. Does the disconnection happen when charging the Q3 as well via different cable? If yes, it seems that the issue is located in the USB port of your Q3.

What perfect timing. Someone at work just recently stole my q5s. Will be interested to see how this compares to my lotoo paw s1 which is just a hair more expensive. I hope we get the q3 here on the amazon US page asap!

That's so unfortunate that your q5s were stolen! I'm sure you're eager to find a replacement. I'm guessing the q3 will be a great option, since it's just a bit more expensive than your lotoo paw s1. Hopefully Amazon US will make the q3 available soon for everyone else who's interested.

Maybe the APP you are using has SRC, you could try the FiiO Music app, Hiby music app or other APPs which support USB exclusive mode to check again.

Ok, another bug. When listening to music, the sound disappears after 10-15 minutes. Turning the dac off and on helps. Samsung s21 smartphone. What could be the problem?
