Which song in Tidal app is having the problem? And you could send the log to us for check:
The logs files can be grabed in the M11PRO. So when the certain problem happens on the M11 PRO, please go to " Settings ->About device" , and continually tap “Model number", until the prompt "Have save output log to built-in storage" appears. Then please wait for about 20 seconds, and go to M11 PRO's internal storage, then send the two log files ""M11 PRO-kernel-xx.log" and "M11 PRO-system-xx.log" to us for further analysis.
