That's the reason that I didn't buy the m9, I have the same hope

Probably skip this M11 DAP because i heard one of my local shop (E1 personal Audio) said that he had seen the blueprint of both M11 and M13 not sure whether its true but now kinda believe him due to the fact that M11 lauched, the news i have heard was 4 months ago prior to this post.

* micro gaps
* gapless playback

From our test,there is no gaps when you use FLAC/WAV/APE/AIFF or other lossless music format.
It's micro gaps when you use the MP3 or wma,because there is a blank data in the begining of the file.(Foobar/Rockbox/Hiby Music are the same as FiiO Music)

Will Apple Music work on the M11?

Apple Music can installed in M11,but it has a problem when you log-in.
We are still talking with Samsung and Apple to find a way to solve it.

As i undestand M11 will be fully capable of playing LDAC at the same time with using WIfi. My m9 can't do this because of processor limitations. So Playing tidal using wifi and LDAC isn't possible as sound is stuttering and stopping.
Also wondering if 4493 will be an upgrade from 4490 used in m9.

According to Google Play policy, any device that based on Android 7.0 or higher should get GMS certification to use Google Play service. Unfortunately, Google had shut down the GMS certification channel for versions earlier than Android 9.0, which made it impossible for devices running Android 7.0 or 8.0 to use Google Play service.
It means there is no Play store in M11,but you can download all the free apps on Google play freely from some apps such as APKPure.

M11 is developed on open Android,you can install any apps with no limition.But because there is no google play services in M11,so maybe you can't use the app which based on play sevices.
By the way,you can download all the free apps on Google play freely from some apps such as APKPure.

I have zero problems with that. I'm just super happy I can install any app I like. Thanks!
