I'd like to make a comment on the feedback system. If someone does not finish a transaction with you, no goods or monies exchanged idont think that person should be Able to leave you negative feedback. I've gotten neg feed and no payment was made once someone has made a payment is when I think it's a deal

Yeah, eBay fixed this issue years ago.  I feel your pain.
