I also like biltong. What is biltong? It’s a South African dried beef snack. Great to carry for long train rides. Also good with cocktails or as an after school snack.

I luv this stuff! Italian beef is a must try for anybody visiting Chicago. The tingy hot peppers or giardiniera dipped in olive oil goes really well with Italian beef meat. It can get a bit messy if dipped in the Au Jus, but very flavorful.

Chicago has the best street foods. Maxwell street Polish dogs are the best sausages on a bun one can eat! Grilled onions on top of Polish kielbasa sausage with only mustard, no ketchup! Sausages should only go with mustard.

I’ve had it at a bar in Atlanta but I think you can buy packs from Amazon,com. The only thing is that I don’t know which brands to recommend since I’ve only tried house made versions.
