Do not buy from TempleOfEar, he is a scammer!!!

This person bought a Lite Dac from me last Oct., after he got it, he made up reasons, said that the unit is defected, and asked me for a refund, after I refunded him (before he ships it back to me), he never replied me again!!!!

I Pm'ed him, emailed him for countless times and never got a reply, until I called him, he said he had the tracking #, but when I asked him for it, he just kept silent!! He said in Nov. that he shipped it back already, but where is it????

He's now trying to scam again on FS forum!!

Mods, please ban him

Thanks for the warning. I'll stay clear (would do so anyway though).

Perhaps a temporary lapse of judgement...?

Thanks for the warning. It helps keep the community strong by making individuals accountable.

Refunding his money prematurely probably wasn't the smartest thing you've ever done, but it doesn't excuse dishonesty.

Not the smartest move for sure.
But guess he learned a lesson, and are more careful next time.

The other way around is the same thing too, no?
Say the buyer ships it back before getting his refund, and if the seller turns out to be dishonest, he has no item and no money.

Just depends on who you are dealing with.

When I saw the advertisement for a passive modded Lite DAC-AH I almost jumped on it. It was going to be a gift for a friend, so when I went back to buy it and read of the problem I did not purchase it. It takes major "cojones" to do what this guy is doing, or just plain ignorance.

No kidding! It's bad enough to steal it in the first place, but then to try to sell it again on the same website?
