Hi all, I want a new headphones in ear. My previous headphones was shure SE115 and bose QC 3. I am between the Etymotic ER 4PT and the shure S315, both for 200. I can not do any purchase online because I only be in USA until next sunday.

Which of one should I have to buy, I rather balanced headphones in low, mid and high frequencies. The music that I listen is very diverse, Classical, Metal, pop, rock.

Is very important for the noise isolation.

Thank you so much for your help.

ER4PT are much better than SE315 because more detailed, more isolation, durable and good for almost all genres. But if need extra lowend with same isolation then HF5 are highely recommended and few others IEMs are also recommended like EX600, IE7, TF10Pro, Westone 2 and SA6.

ER4 > SE315. ER4 is top tier with a value price tag. It's the most noise-isolating, accurate/balanced/neutral universal IEM you can buy.

While SE315 is just mid-range mediocrity. Folk/vocals might do better with SE315s but really ER4 is just a must-have in anyone's collection and you really can't go wrong with it.
