Hi, I would like to set up foobar 2k with ASIO but I am unsure on how to set it up properly. 
 
Do I just download the asio foobar component and select ASIO device? Or must I download ASIO4ALL too? I thought the Essence STX has native ASIO driver support? Is this true that I do not have to install ASIO4ALL?

if you install the drivers for the stx, the native asio driver should install with it. There is an asio plugin that needs to be installed in foobar first ( find it in the component section on the foobar webpage) Then all you should have to do is change the audio output setting to asus asio in your media player
