I seem to recall there was mention of a website "erji" or something similar, where problems with the N3 and N1 are being discussed? Would anyone have this link?

Update: Notice there are customers getting impatient for firmware update, based on posts on Hisound's own bbs forum.

I'm wondering if I have to install Windows XP to get this crap working :frowning2:.... I thought I could be rid of that program forever lol.... Anyways can you guys confirm if there is more volume headroom on the units. I want to confirm this before wasting time otherwise. Doesn't seem like there is any benefit to this supposed update according to early impressions so far.....

is the fade in at the start of music still there?

I think, based on what I could read, the fade in problem with FLAC files still not solved.

Yeah, N3 volume seems to get louder, maybe 10~20%? Can't really say for sure.

The hiss when reading TF card seems to be gone though, which is a big plus.
