So I'm on the verge of purchasing ATH-M50's from eBay for 107 bucks with free shipping. I was originally planning to order them from B&H for 109, but there are out of stock and I can't wait.

 
My question to you is, have you ever had any experience with buying headphones on eBay? Here's a link to the page.
 
The seller seems to be legitimate (top rated seller), but I've always been wary about shopping on eBay and don't want to receive a fake.

I buy stuff on ebay on regular basis, never any complaints. Just check feedback, especially power sellers and top rated sellers with 98+% feedback are reliable
 
I think you can trust this, pay via paypal, than you're extra secured

Ebay in its early stages was a lot less secure than it is now. I bought a computer and an amp off of Ebay without trouble. Check the ratings, make sure the seller has made many successful sales before and you'll be fine.

The seller was indeed a top rated seller with a 99.3 percent seller rating. I also used Pay Pal.
