Let's add one more to the myriad; it should be clear by now that ONYX is pretty good.

I hear the Spinfit CP 145 are really really good with the ONYX! Going to have to try them!
My review is posted here - https://www.head-fi.org/showcase/earsonics-onyx.25694/review/28254/
Thank you again to @ThioB3 & the team at Project Onyx & Earsonics. It's still somewhat of a work in progress. Does anybody know how to add the "click to show" button? I tried to GTS (google that sh!t), but I'm still figuring it out.

Has anyone compared the Onyx to the Monarch 1 or mark 2 flavors?

In our newest article we look at the Onyx on Headfonia, an article by @Virtu Fortuna
"For its warmth, tonality, balance, and imaging qualities, this according to Berkhan, is a very good pick in the Mid-Fi area with excellent high-quality hand-made shells"
Find out all Berkhan has to say about the Onyx, now on HFN

They don't only sound great but they also look very beautiful too.

Still enjoying these and I have to say these are probably the most solidly built/feeling IEMs in my collection.

Strangely the EarSonics ONYX is by far the best bass I’ve ever heard. I am perplexed by this statement, but none the less bask in the truth of finding it personally true. The bass is just defined and real? Yet others don’t quite see the ONYX in such light? Oh well, this hobby is subjective.
I mean, if you look at my signature, I have tried a few IEMs, but maybe (those other ones) the were not truly bass replaying IEMs?
What ever is going on I just want to say that the EarSonics ONYX remains my reference as to what really good bass can be. It especially grew to a virtual reality of real bass when I hooked it to my TA desktop? So the more you feed it, the more it eats, the bigger it gets and the more presentation it obtains! Whew!

Strangely the Onyx don't seem to be getting the attention they deserve.
Maybe because they are sold directly from Earsonics and shipping outside the EU is difficult?
