For tips to fit the qt5 I'd look through Ljoker's multi iem review and look at the nozzle sizes. Run a search for 7mm or whatever nozzle tips.
Could be a good place to start the search.

Believe it or not I just stretched an Auvio over the End of a Number 2 Pencil and although they are hexagonal, they are about 7mm cross sectionally.

Yes, poerfectly. There's an adapter (aux) that enables the SABRE amp's High Gain, if needed. LG V10 uses the SABRE 9018 DAC.

Im gonna say that you should be fine. Though I do not have them.

The SW3 are 20ohm and 99db, my TK13 are 20ohm and 120db, my Maples are 32ohm and 98db. The 13 I'm comfortable at 45 volume (with HIFI DAC enabled), the Maples I need at about 50-55. Still both number are a good amount of volume from the 75 max.

My Puros are I think 34ohm and 102db but due to their "preserve" the hearing design the V10 barely drives them at max volume.

Thank you guys, completely forgot about the AUX hack. Bought a headphone splitter the other day that doesn't work for tablets so I was gonna return it but it enabled the hifi amp for my Puros.

I don't think you gave the SW III enough praise (j/k). Great review. It's back on my radar now that I have a decent DAP (Xduoo X3). Going to wait and see how the new DQSM D2 compares though (might be able to save around $100).

Atm i use FLC 8s and the Primacy. I can't go over 35 with any of these but they are also easy to drive. For long time listening i am at 20-25. The LG V10 is a top music phone. And apparently the new HTC 10 is at the same level .

Im in the 50-70 range lol. I don't really use my phone though. Usually just to test new gear from multiple sources
