I recently "upgraded" to Windows Vista. I have seen that the 0202 is not officially compatible with Vista until a Vista driver is released. I've installed all the drivers I can both from the disc and from the Creative site. Windows seems to recognize it but no sound is coming from it. Basically, in XP I could set it to my primary sound card, but I can't find that function in Vista. In the Control Panel, the "Sound" icon doesn't seem to be much help. I even disabled my mobo's onboard audio and it doesn't seem to want to work. Has anyone on here had any dealings with Vista and E-MU DAC's?

0404 USB worked well even on Windows 7 with these Vista compatible drivers

Remove the current installation and then install by following precicely as instructed (remember update firmware as well if asked).

I have my 0202 working perfectly in Win 7, just used the Vista driver as jiteepee mentioned above

0404 works perfectly with vista too. just use the latest drivers

My 202 does not sound either than 44.1khz with vista x64. However on my laptop which have win xp works perfect with both frequencys. Any solution for 192khz playback on vista?

Problem solved. I just installed driver again as administrator.
