iBasso often have issues with their website, and the fact that it's not currently hosted doesn't worry me at all.
 
I'm confident they'll soon have their site up-&-running again within a couple of weeks.

It has been outrageously out of date... still had the DX100 listed as a 'new' product, as just one example.
 
Hopefully, they'll take it more seriously from now on, as it reflects badly upon their perceived level of professionalism.

Seems the site is back online...unfortunately the DX90 is still listed as "out of stock" and the DX100 is also still a "new" product. So, not much of an update yet. My finger is is on the button...to order a DX90

Who's the winner here?

Depends: the AK120 with W4R is great for its warm sound, which is not exactly right for DubSteps and EDMs, or even some Pop; the DX90 with NuForce Primo 8 is pretty neutral and great for it's front and center mids and acoustic sounds.  Go listen to Lindsey Stirling: Shatter Me with the DX90 and you will know exactly what I mean.
