This is more of a curiosity question. But I was wondering if any company makes a dynamic IEM that has a warm sound signature, yet still manages to keep a good (and even slightly forward) midrange, and those "crisp" and "sparkly" grado like highs. However, unlike a grado, the top end must not be fatiguing-thereby enabling long and uninterrupted listening sessions. It should be musical rather than analytical, yet still have a good amount of detail and at least reasonable soundstage. If possible, comfort and isolation should be good, or at least reasonable, along with build quality. For the sake of discussion, let's just ignore price.

So, does any company make this mystery IEM, or is it still a pipe dream?

I think REO, C710, FX500 and IE7 are close what you looking for in dynamic range drivers but Klipsch Custom 3 and Image X10 are even more close in soundsignature to Grado's.

The RE1 hits 90% of your description with the exception of very sparkle-ly highs. IMO, it's much more refined than the Klipsch S4 even without the use of an amp.
