Do RCA cables matter ? if so, recommend one.

If you think that you will need a cable that is more than 1.5 feet in the future, then go with the first one. Otherwise, the second one will do.

I've had several of those with different brands. The one I measured with the least interference was the UGreen 3.5 to 2xRCA when pausing a song and turning the volume up.

Realistically not gonna matter for short runs.

I disagree. Make your own set of patch cables - no more than 1 foot long. Use 22 ga SPC wire and even weave them in a braid. Then compare to a set of shielded cables. You'll find that the ones you made pick up audible noise - from just about anything nearby. You can hear it on the very cheapest of headphone components.

The very best patch cables that have any chance of blocking noise pickup are shielded. In fact, the very best is shielded coax.
