Hello,
I recently purchased some Carol 10/3 some Marinco 5226BL plugs and WattGate 320i IEC plugs. In the directions for these plugs it states to not tin the leads of the wire. I found it nearly impossible to get the wire into the clamp's without tinning it. What is the reason to not tin the wires and is there any danger in doing so?
