I want to use a proper regulated supply for my EMU 0404. been using a zip power supply for a while but its sketchy and makes the 0404 act unrpredicabe sometimes.
i know some crazy people have directly wired a 5v linear bench supply directly into the +/v 5v lines and reported improved sound quality over switcing PSU.
is there a more eleganst way to about this?
dont want anothre lab supply cluttering up my place stuck on 5v.
This mod will work on anything else AK4396 - modi 2 owners pay attention.......
