I'm rewiring a pair of speakers and am looking for a source to get disconnect connectors from

I don't need anything SUPER fancy, but something nicer than the really really cheap ones you usually see would be nice.

Any ideas?

I, too, prefer fully-insulated Faston connectors. Lots of companies make these. Here's another source: 571-33508202

You should be able to get them at your local hardware store, in the electrical section. Also try auto parts stores.
