Some time ago a former pro wrestler (the American soap opera kind) sued the makers of Max Payne, the computer game. Just because his artist name used to be Maxx Payne or something similar. I think that went a bit over the line.

I'm so gonna sue id Software for using the title Quake! Oh wait, that's where I originally picked this pseudonyme.

I wear a product support hat (among others) where I work. When you see what people ACTUALLY (and fairly regularly) confuse even when they're at work and following clearly written instructions, it is quite easy to think that, under more relaxed conditions, large numbers would NOT distinguish between Dio and Dios, even when contextual clues would seem to make the distinction obvious. As stated so aptly above "You would be surprised, but you shouldn't be."

so did Jeff Beck ever sue Beck? I don't think so.

This is just plain stupid.
