wow, very great set up, have you try some difficult iem pair with SG1 Gold ? It will have a big improvement.

I prefer the sound of dynamic units more, and this year I have been trying some less expensive earbuds. Sometimes, these little gears bring me more surprises!

How about the timbre of NDH30? Neumann define it as a studio headphone. Is it a common fast and clear type of monitor headphone?

I have had this headphone before.NDH30 sound is a bit like the HD580, but the details are better. If described in one word, it should be accurate, without many overtones, but the proportion of the sound are very good. It is not outstanding in a particular frequency band, but performs well in all cases.

I haven't heard of HD580, but our feelings should be the same. The sound of NDH30 should belong to real and accurate , not the current V-shaped sound on the market!Combining with SG1 feels great!
