Hey guys,

I just got my nearly new D7000 (and I also have a D5000) and now I'm just asking myself if the two headphones have a different construction (I mean the frame and the pads...).

Because my D5000 just fits so nice, but the D7000 is sometimes unpleasant to wear on my ears (both adjusted the same way at the grad), sometimes my ears starting to hurt a little bit. Just wondering because I always thought only the cable and the driver is different.

I'm each time the second owner, could there be the possibility that one of the pre-owner perhaps bent the frame in another position?
The D7000 sounding so nice, but I want that he fits the same way like my D5000 does :frowning2:

Greetings

Greetings

I have both and have not noticed any difference in actual fits but I have to admit that d5k sounds better when streaming MOG and d7k when I use cds or "better files"- no popping noise

Just do a visual inspection and make sure the pads are turn properly- thick on the back

Maybe somebody else who has both can chime in too
Happy Listening!!!!
