I just recently bought the Denon D2000, and I'm very happy with the purchase. Coming from the D1001, the D2000 does everything better and has beaten my expectations.

I'm currently running these headphones off my Little Dot MkIII, and I think the sound is much better than on board sound. I was just wondering if I drive these with a solid state amp that is more suited with lower impedance headphones, I will get better perfomance from the denons. I'm thinking of something like the Little Dot I or Little Dot MKV, or maybe even the gilmore lite. If the difference between these amps vs. my mkIII is a lot better, than i'll consider a new one. But if the difference is minimal, then I'll just stick with my current MKIII. Thanks for the help.
