i am looking to buy a budget IEM & almost decided on JVC marshmallow fx34 when i found this:

even more confusing is the fact that i am getting them for almost the same price in a limited time deal offer.now i have read about JVC & know it is good for its price but according to the link above it seems like ES18 is on par with e30, and better than pl21 and pl30 albeit with lesser build quality(page 3) & can be considered as a budget lesser build quality version of E10.so i am asking the experienced members here that assuming ES18 is what is claimed in the above link is it a better option than fx34.
