There are more sellers on ebay for this Dac now. Minishow0328 and Forexman both without negative feedback. From minishow0328 i know they do really care and help you when problems occur or answer questions fast and accurate. It also seems vintage audio lab photoshoped a bit to let it look like their exclusive product because the design team name is gustard audio and is next to the frontal dac x10 label to be found.
Im still trying to get my money back cause i was so stupid to buy from vintage where 52 others also got scammed...
I'm still wondering why you're just calling them scammers - hasn't the item arrived to your country? If it needs clearance through customs or your whatever local shipping then it's not Valab's responsibility, it's all just things happening in your country. Simply, your country's custom clearance and local shipping system is messed up, and the one to blame.
Valab has much more positive feedback than negative in general, and for this product too it seems. Also some of their negative feedback is from the same members so the actual number of people goes lower.
I still don't fully understand what you said two weeks ago, but based on it, it seems it was really sent with DHL since you said it's trackable with DHL. If it's shipped with EMS then you won't have DHL tracking working. So this means Valab read your messages begging for DHL and sent it out to your address with DHL (your address should be the only address known by Valab through ebay). So they did follow your instructions, did send it out, so I don't see why you have to call them scammers in this situation.
Did you actually pay extra for DHL Express? If you only paid the same amount as EMS then it's pretty unfair for them imo, since they probably did best within that shipping price to meet your requests, and anyway
your local shipping system is beyond Valab's control.
Also, in this case if you request refund through buyer protection, you probably won't get your money back because that DHL tracking seems to be valid. So you shouldn't really think about refunds now. Seriously, what you need to do is discuss with your local shipping and custom clearance (preferably in person, go to their office. Discuss head to head. Not brokers), and not blame Valab for everything. Even if you bought from other traders, it's going to go through your local shipping anyway, so it's hard to say if you would've had a better experience.
No offence but all this whining from you is just making you look like a spoiled child..
