Hey guys n gals! I'm running with the HD 650's, Bottlehead Crack + Speedball and currently using my computers onboard DAC. I notice that it's not 100% quiet and I feel like it's holding me back a bit... So I'm thinking I could spend about 100-200 dollars on a separate DAC, what do you think?

I was reading up on the Schiit Modi witht he Multibit upgrade and it seems like it's a winner. I'm sure I can find it for 200 somewhere. I see a lot of people saying schiit products have better bang for buck than JDS nowa days. But I have no clue... I'm only on day 3 of research

I would also recommend the OL-DAC for its price/performance ratio. I would recommend the Schiit Modi Multibit as an upgrade from that.
