I did some research and came down to the choices of emotiva stealth dc-1 or schiit stack(modi2uber/magni3/sys), because I found a deal on dc-1 with similar price to the schiit stack.
I am looking for a pc desktop setup, I have a pair of KRK rokit 5 powered speaker.
Headphone amp is not my biggest concern for now, but it is nice to have for the future.
Currently I only have two sources, PC and turntable.
Which one do you guys recommend for a long run in terms of quality and value?
Will I get better sound quality from having balanced output from dc-1 to speaker ?
