Since the last has been put out of commission, it's time for a pie thread. My favorites are strawberry rhubarb and pumpkin, and classic apple (though a bit dull) is always welcome.

Pretty much any flavor but mince meat. That's right up there with head cheese.
 
I especially like pecan, chocolate silk, and blackberry or raspberry. Lemon, key lime, banana, coconut cream...who am I kidding, I just like pie, even pumpkin. (Last Thanksgiving I made a pumpkin-pecan pie that was pretty good.)

shepherd's pie is a favorite, with either blueberry or pumpkin chiffon for dessert (depending on the season)

Recently bought an Italian Bakeries "Dutch Apple" with a light whipped cream topping;
Mouthwatering goodness and a hit at the Family Clambake !
 
Georgia Pecan pie is also a favorite of mine, in small servings ...
 
With a nice fresh Dark Roast coffee , Mmmmmmm

Sadly i dont know how to make it, but i get this from one of our local restaurants, but manage to salvage some recipe, but dont know if its the same all i can say is after eating for many years my taste doesn't seem to stop craving for this pie
