The title says it all. Do I have any options for custom or semi-custom IEMs with mics that will work with Android phones? If so, how does their sound quality compare to other IEMs (namely their price-point peers)?

Custom/Semi custom IEMs should all have detachable cables. So technically, all could be compatible with Android phones. You would just have to buy an aftermarket cable. JH audio has a mic cable that's android compatible. Or you could also use an external mic adapter. Do you have a range you would like to spend $ on?

Ideally, under $400. I can go a little higher but that means a longer wait.
 
If they'll all have detachable cables then Cosmic Ears looks should be a solid option, no?
