How does this whole custom IEM thing work?

I'm thinking about selling my beloved Grado collection (225i,325i, RS2i) and my Ety ER4s IEM's for a JH16 Pro. I've never had the opportunity to hear the 16's but by all accounts posted here, I shouldn't be disappointed (right?)

anyway, what is the process? I order them from the website, the send me the drivers that I take to an audiologist? Where do they get assembled? How long does all of this take?

Thanks

Actually you order the headphones. You go to an audiologist and get your impressions. You send the impressions to JH Audio and they make the headphones for you and send them back.

Yes, you order from jhaudio.com, send in your impressions, and they send you the completed monitors.

My impressions arrived in Apopka, FL, and the JH16s were on my doorstep a week later.
